Tata Network : is it really good..?? let me.. tell you something about my experience with Tata..
I bought a Tata Indicom handset (Model No. Huawei C2206). The seller told me that this model is good for you as it have long battery backup, nice network and cheap in cost. I said, ok, I go with it.
After that I bought a postpaid sim of tata and start using it. Only just 4 days later what I found..?? The batery backup is just 70 mins while you are constinusely talking and 90 mins if u r just using it for gaming or for FM.
Now come to the network, I never use a worse network like it. Always.. no signal in village type of area, and in urban area.. you always listen your self voice repeating while you are talking and a really bad sound continusely disturbing you as background music. :-X.. you never get the clear voice of other caller, who is talking to you.
For this problem I called to tata customer care, what they suggests.. "Sir, please switch of your handset and remove the battery for atleast 20 mins."
I tried this and what I found, the problem still persisits. I again call them, now they suggests me to go to the nearest Service Centre.
Ok, I reached there, what they told me.. "Sir, your handset is perfectly fine, it's a network problem please try to call customer care."
Now.. 3rd time.. I am again calling them, I told them a whole story, they said.. ok sir, this problem will be sought out with in 24 hours.
ok.. after 24 hours... it's really soughted out. :-) but just for 2 days.. after 2 days.. it's still the same.
Now guys tell me one thing, in Tata's advertisement on telivision they says that "Suno Dil Ki Aawz" in reference of fastest growing network of tata but dammed where is the result.
In that advertisement Kajol acts and says that this network always works even when you are in lift. But friends, while I was going to my flat through lift and suddenly lift stops in a way, now I tried to call someone, but how to call, bcoz there was no network in lift... :-X
Friends, if you are facing the same problem, please do comment on this blog, so that, authorities of Tata Communication may stop showing fake advertisements.
